Osho No-Mind Therapy
October 3 - October 9
This group is facilitated by Swami Vivekanand (Vee).
This group will be in English (with basic explanations in Hindi).
No-Mind is a seven-day process for two hours a day, designed by Osho, to experience a state beyond the mind. Gibberish, a technique by a Sufi mystic is used to move beyond usual boundaries of expression and daily structures. This is a simple and unique process to unburden from repressed energies, to release the blocks and slip into natural silence and calmness. This is an ideal process to have a glimpse of your own being. You are welcome.
This Therapy involves two stages:
• For the first part, leave language and mind aside and speak only in Gibberish.
• Out of this will arise, the second stage, a great silence in which you have to close your eyes and freeze your body, all its movements, gather your energy within yourself. Remain here and now and rejoice in your being.
People who have participated in the No-Mind Meditative Therapy around the world report that they have experienced themselves as more open, vulnerable, and centered afterward, and find they can be much more deeply relaxed and silent during meditation.
“The state of no-mind is the state of the divine. God is not a thought, but the experience of thoughtlessness. It is not a content in the mind; it is the explosion when the mind is contentless.” – Osho
The camp will start in the evening of 2nd October and conclude in the afternoon of 9th October. Please make your travel plans accordingly.
