No-Mind is a seven-day process for two hours a day, designed by Osho, to experience a state beyond the mind. Gibberish, technique by a Sufi mystic is used to move beyond usual boundaries of expression and daily structures. This is a simple and unique process to unburden from repressed energies, to release the blocks and slip into natural silence and calmness. This is an ideal process to have a glimpse of your own being.

This Therapy involves two stages:
For the first part, leave language and mind aside and speak only in Gibberish. Out of this will arise, the second part, a great silence in which you have to close your eyes and freeze your body, all its movements, gather your energy within yourself. Remain here and now and rejoice in your being.
